A partnership has been formed with Fab Textiles following the synergies of Poblenou’s El Barri Circular.

Fab Textiles alchemists have created different recipes from organic peels, coffee, eggshells and mussels from different local restaurants (LEKA, Little Fern Cafe Restaurant and SOPA Barcelona). The recipes are for compostable bioplastic products with a 0km mileage.

The workshop discovered and organised different ways to transform organic waste from local restaurants. Discussions in the workshops questioned bio-material processes and learning-by-doing with recipe experimentation.
